Updated the information of Yoshito Ohno's Workshops
Updated the information of the newest Kazuo Ohno's Item "Antony and the Johnsons 2 CDs with Kazuo Ohno’s images are on sale.
In 1949 Kazuo Ohno established the Kazuo Ohno Dance Studio and gave the first Kazuo Ohno modern dance recital in Kanda Kyoritsu Kodo hall in Tokyo.
Welcome to the archives of Kazuo & Yoshito Ohno. One can search for various photos, texts and sound materials sorted in many way. The treasured materials such as Kazuo Ohnos talks at 1970s workshops and more are coming soon (Now under construction).
This year we celebrate Kazuo Ohnos 100th birthday. There will be varioius events in and out of Japan until next March.
Yoshio Ohno holds regular Butoh workshops every week. (No qualification needed. Anybody is welcome to attend the class.)
We sell various books, DVDs, posters and performance programs on line, which includes the well known longtime seller "Workshop Words" by Kazuo Ohno.
